For those of you who ride with passengers or groups, do any of you use a radio/communication device? If so do you have any recomendations? My kids and I love to ride together and I ride with a group of friends and am thinking that I should be able to talk to them in case of a sudden urge of nature. Thanks, Dana Simi Valley

I use chatter box communicators. Remote mount on handle bar and 12v plug in so batteries are a non issue. Also plug in the MP3 player for the long rides. Adam 04 KLR650 04 KTM450MXC San Bruno CA

update on oil leak after being poll valulted

Hello, A couple of weeks ago I relayed the story of a steel rod or something catching my skit plate and poll vaulting me on my KLR-650. It caused a pretty bad oil leak - about 1/4 cup over night. I tightened up the bolts and spread JB weld along the case where the gasket is. This worked pretty well, but I could not live with a couple of drops still leaking, so I put a half bottle of STP oil stop-leak in the engine. It did the job! I now have no leak at all. :-) STP oil stop-leak is the only product that I could find that was recommneded for gaskets, rather than just seals. rw ____________________________________________________________________________________ Be a better sports nut!
