They look like a generic list of specs similar to what you'd find in sales literature. Since both engines use the same bore and stroke and I'd assume heads and valves are also the same since the compression ratio is the same... I'm guessing it's either in the carb or the exhaust. The HP ratings are at 5,800 rpm and 6,500 rpm. I suppose it could also be in the cams but I really doubt that. Does your bike have a CVK40 carb? Any restrictions in the linkage? Sorry I don't know anything worth sharing.
