My wife has asked what I want for my B-day. I thought a well made but
affordable cover for the bike would be nice. Soemthing to turn rain
and protect the bike from the summer sun (and my backside from a hot
seat:). I have no idea where to look or what size to look for....any
hints would be appreciated. My wind screen is stock but I have nerfs,
no rear racks but would eventually like to get some. Where is a good
quality but thrifty place to look for a cover?
Thanks
Pat

I picke up one at Wal-Mart for about 20 bucks. It was a large one for
touring bikes and seems to fit pretty well. I am lucky enough to be
able to store my bike inside, so I just use the cover for winter
storage.

Ditto on the Wal-mart cover. At $20, you can't pass up the deal. I use mine daily while parked at work so it gets a lot of use - lasts about a year before I need another one.

I may buy another KLR; When I look at both bikes I still like the old
one better (ya- I know-but it

.
I know about the better brakes, bigger forks, higher Elect. output
The question is: How much smoother is the new one; How much of the
added smoothness is due to the bar-end weights?
Thanks,
Joe

If you don't have a Wally World near you, Target have the same thing for the same price, Exlarge for $19.95.
