That model would fit nicely along the bottom of either side of the engine case without adhesive using a wooden shim to fill the gap so the aftermarket skidplate can hold it in place. That way it could be removed easily when not needed during the warm weather. Walt

Don-- You mean the all caps format? He's just really excited about his product, I guess. Or maybe he knows I didn't wear earplugs back in the day. -James

I didn't realize the E lacked a rear subframe. I'll go with the S. Any recommendations for aftermarket parts? How does the Corbin seat fit and perform? Should I get the Clarke 3.9 tank or the Acerbis 4.0 that eliminates the shrouds? What kind of mpgs might I expect? Thanks for the replies, Kevin

Yes, the all caps things. I was just razzing him! I know he wasn't yelling. It's common affliction amongst n00bs to use all caps for some reason. But maybe as you suggest, he just didn't wear earplugs back in the day. Maybe it's "artillery ears" from his time in the Army whilst serving in France in WWII. :o) Don+ _____ From: DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com [mailto:DSN_KLR650@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of James W.
