I have an '05 KLR 650. I just mounted a new tire on the rear wheel. Something is not right as there is not enough clearance to install the wheel. The bearings, spacer, and hub/sprocket mount all seem to be installed properly. I have changed tires in the field at least a half dozen times on various KLR's and never encountered this. I am probably missing something really stupid. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Chris

I'm assuming you mean clearance between the swingarm (side to side?)...
Did you get the spacers oriented in the right way?? Someone just

Alan,
It does not have clearance within the swingarm to fit in. It is hitting at the spacers of the hub. I think I am going to take apart my friends KLR and compare. I have to be missing something that is not seating properly.

How many on the list have used Dyna Beads? There was a test of that
product in Motorcycle Consumer News some time past which didn't give
it high marks.
