I may do it again if I can fit it into my schedule.
If you want to become a better rider through some expert instruction
(instead of trial and error) I highly recommend it.

I went to Ned's clinic in Ocotillo Wells last year and I feel it was money and time well spent. He had a couple of other expert riding instructors helping him, inclucing Les Walker who used to be a member of this group years and years ago (Surfphoto, anyone remember Les?). It was a full day class, 8 am - 9 am "classroom" type lecture and pre-ride instruction, 9-about 3 on the desert doing drills, hillclimbs, descents, how to get unstuck in sand, turning in sand, etc. and it was very well presented in a professional and technical manner. I went with a friend of mine that has a Husky TE-610, and we both had a really good experience, adn I can say that I definitely got a lot out of the class. Specficially, higher speed sand turns (which were always my nemesis) became a lot easier for me. Plus, after the class was over, a few of us went on a great trailride and got to be humbled by the experts riding up stuff that made us mortals feel like a bunch of schoolgirls.> > Tony G. > Fort Worth, TX > A16 >
