Anybody know what's going on there? I've tried both their 800 number
AND their tech number, and I can only get a recording. There is NO
space in their voice mail box!
I noticed a charge on my VISA card for them on July 3rd and I have NO
orders with them. There's also no email contact on their website.
Doesn't sound like a good place for customer service!

What IS up with Dual-Star? This topic seems to come up monthly???
Someone recently said they were going to stop by there - I seem to
recall they did and were just told that 'they were busy' and trying to
get stuff out as fast as they can. Though it seems if you are that
busy you could afford to hire some help to at least answer the
phone...

They're all in Mexico by now, spending your hard-earned credit on
seviche and Coronas.

i got the same run around from DUAL STAR with an order; nobody
answering the phone, and when i was able to leave a message(several)
they were obviously too busy to return my calls. this went on for 3
months. twice in that time period i actually spoke with someone, and
both times they were "cutting the steel" for my back-ordered items
and they "should be available" in about 6 more weeks. zero customer
service. i've found that there's plenty of other sources for klr
parts, and their knowledgable staff WILL answer the phone. you see
what i'm saying here??

It's too bad they've gone down the crapper. They used to be "the" source for Dual Sport/Adventure gear in the early years of the DS resurgence. If you can't/won't/refuse to deal with Fred at Arrowhead and his great service... there are many other choices as well these days. I avoid Dual Star completely now.

Here are a couple pictures of our "worksite", the pencil pieces and the plug
hole. That hole is very deep.
If you can't open them and would like to see I can send them from another
browser.
