nklr: a mid life crisis and a place to ride...found!

Post by usa1911a1 » Mon Aug 28, 2006 8:31 pm

Fact is, I am thinking of trailering my bike out your way next spring or early summer(before the heat) to do some riding. Need to find a partner from the east to make the trip with, share expenses etc. Maybe I'll see you then... Capt. Bob in CT.

bike miss fires and shudders

Post by gilbeyklr650 » Mon Aug 28, 2006 9:10 pm

Due to an injury I sustanined to my left leg, not related to my KLR, my bike has not been run for 6 weeks. I got it started yesterday and it would not idle. I had to keep revving it to keep it running. I took it for a spin and the same thing. It would miss fire and shudder with the throttle in the same position. Any Suggestions?? I have 13k miles on the KLR 650 '03 Model. Gilbey
