forks and triple clamps

Hi,
Sorry for the dumb question, but, though I've driven a '77 Honda XL175
a lot, and own a four wheeler, too, I've never owned a motorcycle. I
noticed on my '84 KLR250, the front tire was crooked, somewhat, and it
is definately something to do with the forks and triple clamps. My
friend's XL is the same way. Just a little crooked. How do you go
about adjusting the triple clamps, to fix this?
