countershaft seal question (reposted)

Hi Folks, I have the much-discussed leak around the countershaft seal on my A9. I have read through the archives, and I am looking for a clarification. As I understand it from the various discussions, and from the parts diagrams, there is an oil seal, a collar, and an o-ring. I understand that I can use the oil pressure to press the seal out. I have removed the sprocket, but I haven't received the new parts from Ron Ayers yet, so I'm not positive which part is the seal, and which part is the collar. That brings me to my questions: - Do I need to remove anything beyond the sprocket before starting the bike and having the seal pop out? - Is the collar inside of the seal, around the shaft? That is, does the seal surround the collar, which surrounds the shaft? - I have ordered all 3 parts; does it make sense to change all 3 since I'll be in there already? Thanks, -Matt
