I highly recommend the Garmin GPSMap 60C or CS. I have the 60C
mounted in a RAM mount and have used it extensively. Mounted on the
left side of the bars and up near the Tach, I can see it good while
riding and is still protected from road debris and the wind. I also
have all of the mapping software that has taken me quite a few
places overseas.
The 60C has a large enough screen for vehicle use and yet
maintains its' portability when handheld. I got it, the mounts, auto
kit, case, etc, all from http://gpsonsale.com/. They seemed to have
the best all around pricing and availability.
Happy shopping, Sean
I'm still looking for a consensus on GPS units and
