red 1995 klr mystery solved

I recently purchased a tumbled 95 red KLR with a rebuildable title. In seeking help to locate parts the plot thickened when the year /color were questioned. Year confirmed, made 6/94 but instead of barf blue it has had plastic surgery and looks years younger! Somewhere out there there is naked 2004. Any help I get to locate inexpensive parts will be GREATLY appreciated!
