I need a new chain and sprockets for my 98 KLR.
I would like just a high quality replacement, standard teeeth on sprockets.
Thanks

I found that the original OEM chain and the D.I.D. X-ring I replaced it with wore about the same. Same with the OEM sprockets vs. the after market ones ( forgot the brand.) Make sure you get steel not aluminum. One consideration: A OEM chain is endless. Saves messing with a link. If you do go with a link chain, I'm a big believer in the riveted links over the ones with the clip since I've lost a few clips. Others feel differently. Since I lube the Unitrak when changing chains installation is not an issue.
