I believe it, a front flat can be pretty wicked. Last year at
Enduraid in Wisconsin, a guy riding a DR400 had a flat on the
front. This guy was a former motocrosser and a very experienced
rider. We were on a highway section and his front blew out as we were
turning off the road onto the trail. He said it just pulled the
bike down like he had no control. He came into camp with a few cuts
and abrasions etc. and was luckily not hurt badly.
reminds me, my the Pirelli I am running on the front is pretty
bare, I think it is time to swap out some rubber.
ride hard, ride safe,

That's ridiculous. Governments lay people off all the time. Budgets are cut thanks to myopic tax crusaders and people are let go. Ask the California park rangers!> The government can simply raise taxes. When's the last time you heard > about a government agency doing layoffs?
