I've been using that exact oil in my diesel car for nearly 4 years now. I used to insist on "brand names", but now I think regular oil changes mean more than the price of the oil. My Dad reacted with horror when I told him, as he thinks it may be recycled oil. He worked at a dealer and remembers what he terms "all the crap" that went down the waste oil hole. I remember a BMW mechanic smoking while he poured some waste down the hole in the pavement and there was an explosion that blew upwards like the afterburner on a jet! One slightly eyebrowless German ! And my car still doesn't burn oil and the internals are clean like new. I can buy the Fram filter at a local store for $10 Cdn,while the Kawasaki original from the dealer is $12 and doesn't have the o ring.
