Take a bigass two-stroke MXer and turn it full motard.
KX500, dry weight 230lbs, stock engine ~65 HP.
Add the lighting coil, bicycle instruments, and street legal crap,
should be easy to register it AZ or OR.
Add 17in rims with sticky rubber, and a heavier flywheel to help
keep the front end on the ground.
With the addons and liquids, probably ~300lbs.
That engine has a good record for reliability, esp for a dinger.
Might need to look at frame flex, probably needs a little bracing
and gussetting to shore it up. Synthetic premix and your friends wont
think you're dusting for misquitoes.

Why not just go for it and get the ATK with the 700cc smoker in it?

Gee, and gosh - why didn't why did I not buy a KTM 950 and put a wet NOS
system on it? Heck with that - I should buy a V-10 mopar motor, put a blower
on it and build a bike around it, and put dual 20 pound NOS supported
systems on it for good measure.
