I would recommend checking the valves it might be that one of the valves
is closing. Stuff like that can happen. It doesn't hurt to check them

Is this a Califoria model KLR? If the bike was running fine, and all
you did was fill it up, and now it is having the problems, I say it's
the fuel. If it's a Ca KLR, you cannot fill them all the way up, or
this type of problem can occur. If it's not a Ca KLR, then I would
suspect something in the fuel. Get the fuel out and refuel somewhere
else. Maybe pull and clean out the carb too.
