So took my 2003 KLR650 out for my first dirt biking experience. Got a little caught up trying to get the bike in a wheelie. Did too good of a job and flipped the bike over. Fortunately I was able to get out of the way, however the handlebars now are slightly off the alignment with the tire. It appears I am turning left when I am going straight. It does not appear that anything is bent. Anyone had to realign the handlebars with the front wheel? If so what is the best way to do it, any specific bolts/screws to loosen, etc. Thanks, Chris

Search the archives on the Yahoogroups site, this was talked about last week. Devon comfortcm wrote:

I KNOW that is the 650. The previous subject was a debate about the marine KLR's so I posted a link to a Marine trying to touch flat foot on the bigger 650 and being unable to do so. The picture of the bike on the aircraft carrier sure looked like a 250 to me. The guy on the bike had his knees bent BIG TIME!!! If that was indeed the 250 they MUST be outfitting it to look like the same as the larger 650. Can anyone here touch flat foot and bend their knees that much? I'd imagine even someone over 6 feet would not have to bend their knees that much.
