Newbie biker thinking of doing Sturgis (finally starting to trust my motorcycle outside of AAA range) The only thing that interests me about Sturgis is photographic possibilities (semi-professional photographer). Would Sturgis be fun on a Japanese bike? Everything I see on the discovery channel makes it look like a Harley festival. I didn't have any problems on my GoldWing two years ago. There are enough non-Harley bikes that you won't feel totally lost in the crowd. Jeff Jefferson City, MO '99 KLR650

Yup, that's what it was - the VISA credit card. I just got off the phone with a nice woman at the bank - there were no hitches or glitches, and within a few minutes she called back within a few minutes with an approval number. I've never done a deposit in this way, and specifically asked if there might be any kind of confirmation of the transaction available... When she called back with the approval number, she also asked for my address.
