I have a ISD2 on my A12. I got it used when my Cobra blew up. The ISD2 looks like it will last a lot better than the Cobra, but the baffles are a real pain in the ass to get out if you want to change discs or to repack. Of course, like I said it used so with a new one one might be easier to get apart when your adjusting the discs. The ISD2 bolts to the stock head pipe, and I think the Big Gun is a complete exhaust. For the most horsepower, if I had the bucks, I'd get a Big Gun. Stay away from Cobras. Dave A12 Nathan Parmentier wrote:I HAVE A 2003 KLR 650 AND WANT TO GET A NEW EXHAUST. Hey... I was out playing in the mud hole in my yard, (waiting for sand to be delivered) with that Cobra today also dug a trench in my gravel alley just to play. Big gun are ceramic coated inside completely I think, that could be a good thing. As for the noise, jury is still out on the extra noise for me, kinda like the quiet, but it sure is fun roaring through the trails and up the hills. Dooden Running outta caffiene now...
