Where did you send your oil? I've been running a K&N for awhile now
and would be interested getting the analysis done.

Excellent idea to have an oil analysis to establish a base line. Subsequent
test need to be done at consistent intervals. Also, after repair work has
been done. I had one tractor repaired at the dealer and sent in a sample at
the next oil change. It came back WARNING... HIGH SILICA CHECK YOUR AIR
FILTER. I found the air cleaner had not been properly reinstalled.

Eric is a good guy. After dinner at the CMC I was talking to him
about the small odd shaped map window on the first version of the
Explorer. Later on during dinner he came up to me and GAVE me a new
square map window used on the latest version of the Explorer and
 thanked me for my support.

After the CMC was over, Eric and I crossed paths again at a gas
station near Vail and he came over and looked at my bike and the
large map window I had cobbled up for my trip. He was very interested
in how his products are used, how they hold up and how to improve
 them.

Neat thing is, the mounting system only costs ten bucks, so i said
what the heck and even bought a rain cover for my Explorer to for
 another $15.
