I bought a Nolan N100 Flip up helmet and am pretty impressed. I havent ridden with it yet, but it was rated #1 in a test against other flip ups. Do a search of the archives and you'll probably find the link to the article - I cant seem to find the link. http://www.helmetshop.com/n100trend.htm

I really really like my Nolan N100 Flip up helmet. Lots cheaper and was rated #1 by motorcycleconsumernews. Pat / Austin

I have the HJC flip-up helmet. It fits my head better than the others and was reasonably priced. It seems to be a better quality helmet than the Shoei or the Nolan. Also, it only requires a single release button so you only need one hand to flip it up. The flip-up feature is great. I had no idea how handy this feature was until I took a long trip with this helmet. When you come up to a stop light you can flip it up and get instant cooling. You can also ride with it up, although probably not the safest thing to do. When I was on back roads in the Hells Canyon area last summer, I was sure this helmet saved my ass from overheating. Summary: I think they're great!

I agree 100%. My tank is only 15 gallons. I fill it to 120psi and turn the compressor off. By the time I'm done with the impact, I've lost maybe 20psi, if that. Proof that you can run an air tool with a 0.0SCFM compressor. RM
