called my dealer about the overheating , he sent someone over to pick it up and check it out. before they got here i thought i'd check it again started it up left it idle, within five minutes the guage was nearly in the red. shut it off, cracked open the rad cap, coolant sprayed out, this doesnt seem normal, however the cooling fan never came on. does the fan run off of a seperate sensor from the guage? any way hope they figure it out, I dont think i'll be satisfied with "KLR's run hot " and plus the ouside temp was 50degrees,hate to see what would happen in 90deg temps
