I'm currently reviewing dual sport bikes and really like the KLR650,
but should I consider other Models? For my own preference Honda XR650
and the Suzuki are out. Also, anyone have any experience changing the
color scheme of the KLR650? Thanks-and please post pictures of some of
your bikes.

I don't think you'll ever be sorry you bought a KLR, (the availability of
support for it on this list should advance it to the top of the list.) On
the color scheme, I don't have any personal experience, but someone just
posted a link of a KLR for sale that was red, and I don't believe they ever
came painted the way that one was. It looked pretty good, too. There are a
lot of our pictures here and there, on the list files page:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/DSN_klr650/files/ or on our individual
webpages - mine is listed below in my auto-signature. There are a bunch of
great pictures of the bikes, their riders and some incredibly beautiful
country; this is a machine that will definitely take you to the fun!
Best of luck...

I'll send it on to them. It might be nice to have for a weather check
or any other information.
