givi luggage attachement hardware

Post by Lumir Bakota » Wed Jun 27, 2001 7:56 pm

I need to attach two Givi E21 Cruiser side boxes to a KLR 650 (already have a tail box). A dealer in Calgary is no help, apparently there is no Givi hardware dedicated to the KLR. I have searched this site and there is quite a few options, unfortunately none available directly in/from Canada outfit. I kind of hate the hassle having things shipped from the States. Would you know of anyone selling these things in Canada? Even if I had a local shop modify something for me would be fine. Thanks, Lumir [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

Check out Arnies MACD racks. They are made in Canada. Tough stuff too. http://members.dencity.com/mac-d/ I havent heard from him lately, but I guess he's still making them. MotorMark

I meant to send this earlier. Take a look at the web site for more info. http://www.connix.com/~braunj/TA2001P1.htm Look for Rocky the Squirel on the back of a KLR, it'll be my bike. Phantom Rider Beverly, MA (about 25 miles North of Boston, on the coast) 1985 K100 RS (80,000 miles) 1972 Yamaha CT1 175 (3,000+ miles, currently with some "issues") 2000 Kawasaki KLR 650 (more fun than I probably should be having) To see all my nutty crazy mods go to: http://www.angelfire.com/mo/motormark/PhantomRider.html Thanks again MotoMark for listing my junk!
