30 May'01/ Riyadh, Saudi Arabia I don't have to worry about no stinking lights. Because I live and ride on a 580 sq mi island in the Philippines that has no lights. And to add further misery when riding on other islands with traffic lights (when they work) I just stop, look and GO. If a cop does stop me I just give him 50 pesos ($.98) and keep on riding.
