There is nothing official about these stickers, but several people are
wearing them now. I designed this sticker in self defense when someone
informed me that "KORG" was Finnish for "My reindeer has an intestinal
 blockage."

Here's a picture of the sticker. The green around it is not part of the
sticker, but approximates what the sticker would look like on a Garbage Bag
 Green KLR.

Just send (US) $1 for postage and envelope, and an
additional $1 for each one you want.
A total of $5 gets you a whole sheet of them consisting of: four large (4 x
 5-1/4") and two small (2-1/2 x 31/2")

Here's the info I need from you:

What color do you want the letters KLR? So far I've done:

 __ green __red __blue __orange

If you buy a a full sheet ($5), I can add your State letters, or your name or

eMail address in smaller letters beneath the KListeR.

If you buy a full sheet, tell me what , if any, custom imprint you want.

I need your Snail Mail address

And I'll fire them back to you immediately. It takes about 30 minutes to
 make the custom colors.

 My address is below.

I've got them on a couple of my bikes and one on my Tahoe and they do look
 pretty good.

 Thanks,

OK, I have these cool stickers and I need to know something: Has anybody else been kicked out of the bowling alley for maring the lanes with one? I stuck them all over my bowling ball and throw nothing but strikes now! But the alley manager hates the yellow and green skid marks up and down the lane...

 What to do?

This is a non-profit making item, but I think it's
a neat idea to have a sticker that identifies one as a lister, in case
of a serendipity passing. If anyone else would like to produce them and reap
 all these profits,
you're welcome. I'll even furnish the art in an EPS file.

Rev,
Putting stickers on your balls is not recommended. That's not what
they were designed for and you may have problems with the adhesive later on.
If you have yellow and green skid marks, it sounds like you have another
problem anyway. If this guy manages back alleys for a living, that would
probably explain his concern with your situation. I would take his advice
 and get it fixed.

They are plain paper, printed on my HP ColorLaserJet 8500, then laminated both
sides with a pressure sensitive layer of adhesive on the back. Sun doesn't
seem to bother them. They seem to be good for at least two years outside full
time. That's as long as we've used this process. As far as I know, nobody has
ever tried to remove them yet. I put them on the glass of my Taho so they
couldn't damage the paint. They are installed on the number plate and both
side plates on my KLR, and the number plates on all my other bikes.

I do know that if the adhesive is fingerprinted or installed on a not so clean
surface, they will tend to peel off. I have peeled them off immediately after
installing, and it was no problem.

 You takes your chances.

Well let me tell you Mr! The glue you have on these things stick to any thing! Even after throwing my ball down many alleys, repeated polishing and buffing the glue stays in place, why it is like they were tatoos!
