Just purchased a new A15 and would like to know what tools you all
recommend that I carry. I looked at the tool kit that comes with the
bike and it looks real cheap. Any suggestions as well on suppliers.

From list archives...
==== Ok you lazy bum, below is the toolkit list put together by Gino
Pokluda. Now you won't even have to search the KLR archives. (my own
archives are so much easier to search)
3/8" ratchet
3" extension
needle nose pliers
small robo-grip pliers (Sears)
screw driver with interchangeable tips
Box end wrenches (mm): 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 17
8" crescent wrench
allen head sockets (mm): 5, 6, 3/16 (US) for Moose skid plate bolts
Sockets (mm): 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 19
Spark plug socket (from oem toolkit)
Spoke wrench ( from oem tool kit)
Tube of Loctite
JB weld
Small roll of duct tape
Misc. zip ties plastic and velcro
Clutch lever and brake lever
4ft plastic tubing
fuses
tire patches
tire patch glue
valve stem tool
CO2 Motopump
6 cartridges
Long re-curve tire irons
bicycle pump
Add a couple torque wrenches to your homebase kit and you're pretty
much covered for most maintenance on the KLR.

I am looking for friends around P.R. to go across the island. I live in the
east side, Humacao.
second:The left signal light don`t flash, still on all the time. The right
side is ok. That happen after 1hr travel with the signal on, after a front
light fuse burn. The relay is divided for r/l? How i repair that problem?
