Insert my standard reply here - Continental TKC-80. I found a beautiful pic of these hoops here; http://www.tiresunlimited.com/images/conti_motorcycle/tkc80.jpg Given their knobby-ish appearance, they are very smooth on the highway, last a long time (about 15,000km per rear, a bit longer front) I've found, and are aggressively priced given their longevity. Try em, you'll be sold. In fact, I won't put anything but these things on my KLR. Karl

New Canadian to the group, as I go thru the posts, thank you is an understatement. Alot of good info, and web sites I had not yet found.
