I am 5' 6" and consider myself vertically challenged. I bought my 2001 KLR650 in spite of the size and have had relatively few problems riding it. I recently purchased a set of lowering links for about $60 which effectively lowered the bike an inch and a half. It was a awesome difference. I feel a whole lot more confident in turns and coming to stops. The road feels like it's about 2 feet wider. Bang for the buck you can't beat the KLR650!!! Dennis Eastman - A15 deast@...
