rev-pack luggage and handlebar vibration

Was wondering if anybody out there had any experience with the Rev-Pack Tour
Pack? It advertises that its inverted U-shape gives increased capacity and
stability for dual sport riding. It comes in two sizes and costs about $105
for the regular size and $83 for the junior size. Thought it might make an
excellent addition to Dry Bags.
Also, wondering if any folks had preferences and experience for reducing
stock handlebar vibration using both sealant and/or lead buck shot?
Checking the KLR archives seems to favor the sealant. I have used buckshot
in my Concours with some success and have no experience with the sealant or
the involved difficulty.
Thanks for any recommendations or advice.
