1. Loosen the nuts that mount the front turn signals and let them hang down. 2. Remove the three faring (headlight cover) screws and let the fairing hang down. 3. Remove the two bolts that hold the thin black plastic cover on the back of the headlight. Remove the cover. 4. Pull the headlight bulb connector off the back of the bulb. 5. Unfasten the clip the holds the bulb in and replace the bulb. 6. Replace parts in the reverse order using blue locktite on the faring screws. GE and Sylvania make 9003 bulbs that can be purchased at Wal-Mart or a national auto parts chain like Auto Zone for about $15. Note: Some riders can change the bulb without removing anything from the bike.
