Much agreed. Secondhand fiche viewers are common now that computers are taking over. Just about any bike still has it's parts list on fiche, and at least for my Honda RC17 I can get the shop manual on fiche if I want and at one tenth the cost of the treeware manual. I'd get my car part lists on fiche as well if only the scumbags would let me buy them. Car companies seem to be a lot more anal about revealing part lists. Mister_T> In additon to buying both manuals (KLR600 base & KLR650 > supplemental), I'd suggest buying the 'parts manual' microfiche > (less than $4 [USD] from the Kawi dealer, when I bought mine 2 > years ago). As a bonus, the parts fiche includes the "Assembly > & Preparation" manuals which another lister said the dealers > ignore!
