[dsn_klr650] klr dsn issues

I believe it's a bar weight device. Basically flexible lead shot -- so it
can wrap snake-like around your handlebars. Thereby dampening vibration in
the handlebars.
I may be wrong, though. It's possible Elden carries around those guys at
bars who think "Hey baby, what's your sign" is a good line...
