My understanding is, and has always been, that the WORD translates the WORD. If you want to know what the WORD says, you read the WORD, not commentaries. Commentaries are written by men; the WORD is written by YHVH. I'd rather put my trust in HIM than any man. FWIW. And, although this may sound like blasphemy, the KLR650, although it is an awesome bike, that I love dearly, is just a machine, and I love my Yamaha Vstsar 650 equally. :-) They serve different purposes. Just like the Ark of the Covenant serves a different purpose than the Mennorah.......... Chuck F. NE PA

nklr-gas containers-dump question!

The kerosene containers are the same as red gasoline containers except that they are blue and have different labeling. The reasoning behind red and blue and the prohibitions is about safety. If you leave a can for kerosene filled with gasoline lying around someone might fill a kerosene heater with gasoline having deadly explosive results. Best to somehow label them as containing gasoline for the time being. They will not be damaged by gasoline and can be used later with kerosene if the gasoline is allowed to completely dry out. Hope you get your power back soon. Walt -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: "macvalk"
