Yeah those certainly have been the fashion for quite a while. Started in the burbs and now are also favored in the ghetto. With all due respect to your Mrs. I'm sick of them. (I realize that being a post-modern romance novelist she offered them with a deep sense of irony) Almost all my students have names like that and I find them harder to remember than, lets say, James. Do you want your kid's name to remind you of a character in a soap opera? I'm hoping for a revival of Hebrew, Christian saint's and classical age names.
