I've used the Garmion 60C and Cx with a Ram mount on the KLR for years.
Wired and battery. Use a 276C on the bigger bikes. Works good lasts a long
time.

That's a smokin deal on a great GPS! I paid over $100 just for the MapSource software alone.
Also, the 60CSx has a very strong antenna with quick acquisition capabilities. That's important! It's durable, water resistant and good for off road. If you're using it for any off road stay away from touch screens. I don't use direct power just AA rechargeable batteries. When charged up they give me couple days of use and also monitor the battery power so I know when to replace or bring another set. For geo-caching you'd be hard pressed for find a better unit that works for each application IMO.

I have a 60csx,& etrex, & nuvi.
I don't remember what one or if more then one did this but.
While I was driving along a back rd. near a lake in Interlochen, the tracker dots showed me about a quarter of a mile away, OUT IN THE LAKE!
When it comes to bread crumbs/tracking to Refollow later therw the woods have you guys dealt with this ISSUE??
