nklr computer registry repair

Post by Greg May » Sat Jan 16, 2010 8:12 am

Good morning rev, I also run Avast, CCleaner, and AdAware on all my computers and have for years with very few problems, AdAware I probably run the least and CCleaner every couple days or before and after every online transaction. One other free software that I haven't seen mentioned is RegCleaner by Jouni Vuorio, when you try to find it there are so many with similiar names now you might have a problem so I included a link to Major Geeks where you can download it if you want, I've found it hands down the best I've used for cleaning the registery, the only way to do it better is as mentioned by doing it manually, not a good way unless you really know what you are doing. With RegCleaner there are a ton of things you can do but the only thing you really need to is click the Tools tab, select registery cleaner and then the "do them all" selection. Where it asks if you want to save a back up or not I select save no backup.....Hope this helps and have a great day....Greg   http://majorgeeks.com/RegCleaner_d460.html

Why is it needed? I have read the ads. My computer must have been reading them also, as it acts just like the ads describe. Is there a 'free' one out there that works? revmaaatin. Last I will chirp in on this is to Google 'Anti-Virus Software Reviews' and download the free copy of the best one. Believe the review was done by PC World. Like I have said before if you like the free software go ahead and spring for the paid one as they are typically are $25.00. I believe in trying the software and if I use it more and more go ahead and purchase it.
