I originally wanted a Transalp too, but the Tengai beat me to it. The Transalp looks like an ugly fat chick alongside a Tengai, but its 600cc twin has got to be buttery-smooth in comparison. Mark

I'm going on a trip in a couple of days, and my 2008 service manual has grown legs, or is very good at hiding. What I would like to know is, are the figures for chain tension the same for the 2008 as the figures for the A13, that is 40 to 50 mm at the midpoint when on the sidestand? Thank you in advance, DC
