pvc/abs tool roll
My tube itself is 15.5 inches long by 3.5 inches in
diameter with rubber/metal caps with wing nuts to
tighten them down. It works well but even with this
small diameter tube (I've seen tubes bigger diameter),
the front wheel if rode hard in rough terrain will
occasionally hit the tube but causing me no problems.
I have thought about moving it to somewhere around the
luggage rack for this reason.
