I switched to synth at 500 miles. 7,000 miles later my A18 still uses no noticeable oil between 2,500 mile changes. I never add a drop in- between. My A13 Owners Manual and '95 Supplement Shop Manual both put the oil/filter change interval at 10,000 km or 6000 miles. Pat G'ville, NV
