We have the JCW removable trunk. Once off, a camp grill from
Walmart, which has been slightly modified, is set on the mount
fitting into/onto the trunk mount protusions. This provides a wide
platform and, naturally, comes in handy for cooking. The rest of the
stuff, 9x9 tent, queen size sleeping bag, queen size air mattress,
soft/foldable cooler, rope and tarps are rolled and pack in eaches.
That whole business weighs around 23 pounds dry. Last strapped on is
a small tarp in case it rains. Everything else we need is in a tank
bag and soft side luggage.
