That pretty much sums up the attributes of a touring machine though. Should keep going and going and going.... I'm interested in one myself. I get mileage that average in the mid 40's for the past 7,000 miles. That is as long as I have owned it, lots of varying riding conditions, some too fast to publish, but mostly in the 60-65 mph range. Randy in MS COG 4747
