someone mentioned "Dzus" fasteners, Thats similar to what, I was calling a "T pin", Push and turn 1/4 turn to lock in place. Google Dzus fasteners and a few styles come up, with ends that have a hook, some older or maybe still just differant brand, has a Cross pin in it instead of a notch, to hold it in place. Looked, like a t.
