<><><><><><> <><><><><><> Jeffrey, I didn't look at the video (dial-up limitations for me). If it's Wymanwinn he knows what he talks about. If you just want to rotate the carb in place you should be able to do it without damaging anything if you are careful. Remove the choke lever at the handle bars so you can slide the cable toward the carb and provide some slack. I don't remember if you have to remove the throttle cables or not but that's pretty easy. Loosen the front and rear clamps on the carb. Make sure they are loose enough to allow the carb to clear the notch in the rubber connections. Disconnect the petcock vacuum line and also the fuel line from the petcock to the carb. Then you can gently rotate the carb so the float bowl moves to the right side of the engine. Be careful so you don't break the choke connection on the left side of the carb. Doesn't take much to break it but also doesn't take much to make sure you don't break it. Then you can access the four screws on the bottom of the carb. Some folks replace the screws with socket head cap screws as an allen wrench is easier to use there than a screwdriver. rejetting / led tail light
if you do want to remove the choke cable from the carb, there is a nut?
And you use bent needle nose? Or it is a grab it and turn it and yank?

Just fixed my LED tail/stop light...I had to take off the front switch and douche it w wd40 through the holes in it. Then put back, loosen set screw/move a little/tighten. The rear was out of adjustment and didn't bother seeing the cause of its movement(design badly?)so I just adjusted and put some RTV in the threads to stop it from turning/adjusting.
