valve shims how to size 'em?
There are many ways to figure shim clearances but the oldest and the best
way is to download ShimCalc here..

valve shims how to size 'em?
N=(M-D)+S
where
N= shim size needed
M=measured clearance
D=desired gap
S= shim already in place.

outrider journal
Listers, Heads,
Thought some of you may be interested in a new motorcycle adventure type
magazine. It's called Outrider Journal and is new with the first issue
out at the beginning of this month.
This is a high end magazine coming out four times a year. I got my first
issue today and after a quick glance, it's gonna be real real good.
The construction is good with lots of interesting color photos, the
materials are top end and the articles look very interesting.
If you are interested in adventure motorcycling this might be worthy of
further consideration.
