Sounds like you can't do any harm using it and it could be helpful in finding a fuelling fault when you've tried other options. Jeff, get one and tell us how it goes

It's a good tool for correctly setting your idle air-fuel mixture. Beyond that, though, a dyno would be required for proper tuning above idle. $79.95 is a little pricey.
