Normally it picks you up and spits you into the ditch WHEN your back-pack parachute opens while riding.... ; > )) Cheers, Ed

That is the built in rev limiter that happens right after your warranty expires.  JUST KIDDING   Have you had your carb apart recently?  I'd check your diaphragm on your carb to see if it may be cut or damaged.
