are there any young guys on klrs

Post by Marat Valegh » Thu May 27, 2010 5:47 pm

Are there any young guys on the KLRs seems like I am a minority here (28yrs old)?
Anybody in the TX- Houston area?
Also, I just ordered a Corbin Dual Platform Low for my 5,9 30 inseam. They have already messed up the order by ordering a seat for a Honda that I do not have! and my KLR, go figure? Anyways, now I gotta wait a month. Hope its better then my rigging of the stock seat (I cut foam out of the stock saddle to look like the corbin low, which works ok for reach and handling, it just kills my ass after an hour).

I was 25ish when I got mine.  Sadly, it now sits in a barn, rarely used and only off-road. Josh. Re: [DSN_KLR650] Are there any Young Guys on KLRs I'm 43; I've been riding KLRs since 1997 and have been subscribed to the KLR List since around Jan or Feb '98. Mark At 9:48 PM -0400 5/27/10, Darren Clark wrote: I bought my for my 30th birthday, 7 years ago :(

~~~I've been hesitant in modding my oem KLR muffler. Been kicking around riding the Armadillo Enduro Dixie Dual Sports is hosting near Mt. Dora Fla. in July. All entrants go through tech, techs use db sound meters to measure noise...if you don't pass their noise meter, you don't ride until your pipe comes into compliance Jake Reddick Fla.
