2009 klr650 won't go?
So it sounds like your problem is not your clutch if your speed rises in direct proportion to your engine rpm. If you can speed up the engine without going faster, that would be a clutch problem. Does your bike feel like it is running out of gas or out of power? Does your bike still have a warranty? This would be something that the warranty would cover. This sounds more like it might be a fuel problem. Since the dealer has had the carb apart, I presume that the carb is clean and the diaphragm is not torn or have a hole in it. Did this issue happen all at once or did this happen from mile 1? You may also have an electrical problem. I believe there was a service bulletin on this model about the wiring harness rubbing on the upper motor mount and causing a short there. Lots of other things to check but that would be a good start. If you still have a warranty, let the dealer fix it since that is what you paid your money for.

I CAN DRIVE JUST FINE ONE MINUTE AND THE NEXT MINUTE MY KLR ACTS LIKE A VEHICLE THAT IS RUNNING OUT OF TRANSMISSION FLUID. I CAN REV IT, BUT IT DOESN'T WANT TO GO. IT IDLES JUST FINE.
THE SHOP HAS CHECKED THE FUEL LINE AND TAKE THE CARB APART BUT HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG?
I PICKED IT UP FROM THE SHOP MONDAY AND TODAY AT APROX 104 MILES IT STARTED ACTING UP AGAIN?
ANY ADVICE WOULD BE HELPFUL
MICHAEL
